The Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant administered by NTUC aims to assist organizations with CTCs by co-funding initiatives that enhance productivity, restructure jobs, and improve employment prospects. The budget set aside for the CTC is $70 mil.
Entities seeking to transform their business processes, redesign jobs for employees, and boost productivity can utilize this new grant to facilitate workforce and enterprise transformation.
NTUC’s e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) administers a grant aimed at supporting organizations that have established Company Training Committees (CTC). These committees are tasked with executing transformation plans that enhance both worker and business outcomes. The grant is designed to bolster enterprise transformation—improving business capabilities, innovation, and productivity—and workforce transformation—enhancing career prospects and wages for local workers (Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents) through initiatives like job redesign.
Applicants must commit to achieving at least one of the following worker outcomes:

  • Wage increase
  • Implementation of a Career Development Plan (CDP) communicated to staff

The grant can be used to support items relevant to these transformation plans, including:

  • Equipment/Software and related OEM/software training
  • Consultancy
