Job Redesign (JR) Reskilling: Companies can send any current employee for reskilling to take on new or redesigned roles aligned with Industry Transformation Maps or Jobs Transformation Maps. Growth job roles are new or promising opportunities with long-term progression prospects, identified within each sector based on expected industry transformations.
There are 3 modes of CCP:

  1. Place-and-Train: Companies employ job seekers and provide them with on-the-job training (OJT) or industry-recognized training to prepare them for new growth roles.
  2. Attach-and-train: Companies serve as host employers, offering job seekers training and work attachments in growth roles that have strong placement prospects
  3. Job Redesign (JR) Reskilling: Companies can send any current employee for reskilling to take on new or redesigned roles aligned with Industry Transformation Maps or Jobs Transformation Maps. Growth job roles are new or promising opportunities with long-term progression prospects, identified within each sector based on expected industry transformations.
